The Foundation
James Coelho was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. He began his career in the Sydney CBD, gaining vital experience in the corporate environment.
A Client-First Approach
Seeking a better work-life balance and a closer connection to his clients, James left the corporate world to establish his own practice on Pitt Street. He built the firm on plain-English communication, accessibility, and word-of-mouth referrals.
Growth and Expansion
James moved the practice out of the CBD to work closer to home. His wife, Jennifer Coelho, joined full-time as Practice Manager and Conveyancing Paralegal, cementing our identity as a truly family-run firm.

Jennifer is experienced in conveyancing and has kept our firm running smoothly and compliantly for over 20 years. With a robust background as a financial analyst and department manager in the banking sector, she brings exceptional detail to client files, conveyancing matters and relationship management.
